Canvas Apps 012: Closing an Opportunity Part 3

Coming from a traditional CRM/Customer Engagement background, I let the user experience in my model-driven apps take care of itself. There is such high emphasis on the user experience within canvas apps, however, that you have to work around even the smallest of user irritation, such as our closed opportunities still appearing in our list of open ones temporarily.
